Mixer track
Truck mixers allow easy mixing and handling of cement materials. This device has many advantages that we will know below. In remote projects and places where it is not possible to build a batching plant, the mixer truck solves the problem of delivering materials. It provides the possibility of delivering fresh concrete in each service, and it also enables the storage of materials in separate tanks. Because the concrete is always fresh, there are no more worries about high temperatures or overmixing. The steps of mixing and pouring concrete are done without wasting time and the amount of materials used can be adjusted according to the need. Controlling the amount of materials used prevents wastage and lack of concrete. This feature, in addition to reducing costs, also reduces environmental impacts. Volumetric concrete mixer can prepare slurry, mortar and any type of cement mixture. Concrete truck mixers have different dimensions that can meet the needs of any project with any scale. It is possible to adjust the track mixer to add additives and color to the mix. The always availability of the mixer truck is another advantage and it can be used 24 hours a day.

When using the mixer trucks, the following should be observed:
◀️ Since water is added to the dry concrete mix, the number of 70 to 100 revolutions at high speed is sufficient for initial mixing. If the ready concrete is transported in the pot and we want to regain homogeneity during the discharge, it is enough to mix the concrete 30 to 40 times at a slow speed. The maximum number of revolutions of the boiler is limited to 300 revolutions (including slow and fast revolutions), so as a result, the duration of transportation in normal conditions (except for concreting in hot and cold weather) from the time of loading to unloading is 1 to 5/ 1 hour is limited. But out of 300 revolutions of the boiler, only 100 revolutions should be at mixing speed and the rest should be at stirring speed, because long transportation time or high number of revolutions of the boiler will reduce slump, wear of aggregates and boiler body, as well as lower resistance and Durability of concrete. ◀️ In cases where the concrete transfer time is long or there is a possibility of heavy traffic, it is appropriate to use the dry mix method and add mixed water to other materials in the workshop. However, in this case, the precise control of the amount of water is disrupted and requires careful monitoring to add the mixed water to the specified amount.

◀️ It is not recommended to use a mixer truck for the following concretes: Concrete with slump less than 40 mm Concrete with a maximum aggregate size of more than 50 mm Concrete with a water-cement ratio of less than 0.4 (without the use of lubricant or super-lubricant additives) In the dry measuring method, microsilica should not be used in powder form, because the distribution of microsilica particles in the mixture is not uniform.
◀️ If the mixer truck is used for primary mixing (dry measure), the volume of concrete made in it should be limited to two thirds of the nominal capacity of the boiler. For example, with a mixer truck with a nominal capacity of 6 cubic meters, it is possible to mix 4 cubic meters of concrete using the dry cube method.
